Strep. throat infection, bronchitis, sinusitis, hypothyroidism, hyperlipidemia, hypertension, depression, back pain, bladder infection, etc.

Your membership entitles you to unlimited visits with your provider. In addition, it covers all routine exams,
routine lab work (Urine culture, CBC, Lipid’s panel, TSH, T4, T3, CMP and urine culture), and other services performed at our office.
Your membership does not cover x-rays, special diagnostic testing and certain controlled medications for pain management.
