We do our very best to meet your needs and will accommodate same day appointments. Our provider is available by phone after hours and on weekends if needed.
Medical Membership: $1500 per year
Treatment for most medical conditions such as: Strep. throat infection, bronchitis, sinusitis, ear infections, hypothyroidism, hyperlipidemia, diabetes, hypertension, depression, anxiety, low testosterone, back pain, gout, bladder infection, etc.
Your membership entitles you to unlimited visits with your provider. In addition, it covers all routine exams, routine lab work, and other services performed at our office.
