What’s covered: Treating you for most medical problems such as;
Strep. throat infection, bronchitis, sinusitis, hypothyroidism, hyperlipidemia, hypertension, depression, back pain, bladder infection, etc.Your membership entitles you to unlimited visits with your provider. In addition, it covers all routine exams, routine lab work (Urine culture, CBC, Lipid’s panel, TSH, T4, T3, CMP and urine culture), and other services performed at our office.
